WHAT DAVIDSON SAID
"It feels great. You know this period of free agency and looking at different teams was really important and I took my time with it. But you know, Gotham FC really boasts an incredible style of soccer, a really exciting style of play. Their staff has implemented it so well. And you know, the team culture seems quite strong and the team chemistry is clearly there. So I'm really excited to be joining this team."

THE BIGGER PICTURE
With the addition of Davidson, Gotham have essentially found their Ali Krieger replacement while getting better at the same time. It was a win-win move for both parties, and the NY/NJ side are now among favorites to win the 2024 NWSL title as well now – and that's not to mention they've also secured Dunn's signature, too.
